Consistent Update

Head hunters are also looking for resumes that are consistently updated. Make sure you update your resume every time you do something or something has happened in your career. Every six months, update your photo in your online resume. Be sure to look formal and presentable. If you place your photo when you have just graduated in college, you might not get the nod of head hunters because you are not able to update your resume.
